Not happy with your order? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

 

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

- Final sale items (marked as such) can't be returned. 

 

How to start a return

Email support@buytheexperience.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions. 

 

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us and we'll set up the exchange — you won't need to place a new order.
